Delivery & Equipment Setup: Heavy equipment ships via professional freight carriers with full delivery service. Our trailers feature built-in ramps, allowing equipment to drive off on its own — no forklift or additional equipment needed from you. The driver will ensure the equipment is safely positioned at your delivery location and ready for immediate use.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! We offer 100% free shipping on all orders across all 50 US states. There are no hidden fees or surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Equipment ships via UPS and trusted freight carriers.

Do you ship to job sites or construction locations?

Yes, we can deliver directly to job sites, farms, commercial properties, and residential addresses. Just make sure someone is available at the delivery location to receive and sign for the equipment. For special delivery requirements, contact us in advance.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship outside the United States?

All equipment sold through IronDigger comes with a 3-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and parts. This includes engine components, hydraulic systems, and structural parts. We also provide lifetime technical assistance via phone and email to help you with any questions or issues.

What is your return policy?

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

In the rare event your equipment arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@irondiggerusa.com or +1 (708) 719-5024. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. All shipments are insured for your protection.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Are your excavators EPA certified?

Yes, all our mini excavators meet EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) emissions standards and are fully certified for use in the United States. Many of our machines feature EPA-certified engines from trusted brands like Kubota, Yanmar, and Briggs & Stratton.
